Chapter 86. CONCURRENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

§ 86-4. Applicability.

Latest version.

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, this chapter shall apply to all development orders. This shall include new development orders as well as amendments to existing development orders. This chapter shall assess only the net impacts from the development of a parcel of land.
