§ 22-64. Bond.

No permit required by this article shall be issued until the applicant shall have filed with the city his good and sufficient bond in the sum of $50,000.00 conditioned upon indemnifying the city from any claim or damage that may be occasioned or suffered by the city in any manner because of the issuance of the permit, the use of city streets or the negligence of the permit holder or any of his agents or employees. The bond shall be in the form and manner as shall be approved by the city attorney.
