§ 18-121. Required; recordation.

(a)

Until a certificate of occupancy shall have been issued by the building official, stating that the proposed use of the building or land conforms to this article, no land or building shall be used or occupied except for agricultural purposes; nor shall any building erected, structurally altered, moved or extended; nor shall any land or building be changed in use.

(b)

The building official shall maintain a record of all certificates of occupancy, and copies shall be furnished upon request to any person having an interest as proprietor or tenant in the premises affected.
