§ 7. Accounting reports.

The district agrees to file with the city clerk, on or before July 1 of each year, a copy of its annual report to its security holders of the preceding calendar year, together with a balance sheet and income statement for the City of Winter Garden on allocated basis. The city or any certified public accountant selected by the city shall have the right at all reasonable hours to examine the district's books and records for the purpose of verifying the statement of revenue furnished by the district to the city, such books and records shall be kept in such a form that they shall contain all information reasonably necessary to the city.
