ORDINANCE NO. 89-76
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO LAKE APOPKA NATURAL GAS DISTRICT, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS,
THE RIGHT, PRIVILEGE OR FRANCHISE TO MANUFACTURE, IMPORT, TRANSPORT, SELL AND DISTRIBUTE
GAS FOR HEATING, ILLUMINATING AND OTHER PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA
AND TO USE THE STREETS, AVENUES, BRIDGES, EASEMENTS, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES
OR WAYS THEREOF FOR THE PURPOSE.
The City Council of the City of Winter Garden, Florida, does ordain as follows:
