§ 61. Charter review; amendment.

(1)

Charter Review. The city commission shall appoint a citizens' charter review committee to review this charter a minimum of once every eight (8) years and to report its proposed changes, if any, to the city commission.

(2)

Charter Amendment. This charter may be amended in accordance with general law.
