The City Commission of the City of Winter Garden hereby establishes a development
review committee ("DRC") for the purpose of reviewing applications and submittals
for various development orders, including without limitation, subdivision plats, site
plans, planned developments, construction plans, developers and development agreements,
and other development orders and applications that the city planning director determines
warrant review by the DRC.
