§ 98-66. Financial support.

The city commission shall appropriate funds at its discretion to support the local planning agency in the conduct of its work. The city commission may expend all sums so appropriated and other sums made available for use from fees, gifts, state or federal grants, state or federal loans, and other sources in order to assist the local planning agency in accomplishing the purpose and activities required by the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act.
