§ 94-131. Permitted uses in wetlands.

Latest version.

The following uses shall be permitted in wetlands, provided that they are approved by the St. Johns River Water Management District or the applicable environmental agency:
(1)

Open space.

(2)

Fish and wildlife management.

(3)

Recreation.

(4)

Any other use permitted by the St. Johns River Water Management District, the state department of environmental protection or the applicable environmental agency.
