§ 78-246. Service interruption.

(a)

The city reserves the right to temporarily discontinue service to any portion of or the entire reclaimed water system as deemed necessary by the city manager.

(b)

The director shall have the authority to establish schedules to control the use of the water reuse system in order to reduce maximum pressure demands on the system and to regulate usage of reuse water to balance with supply and storage availability.
