§ 74-144. Notification of permit application.

Latest version.

Immediately upon the request of a permit for a parade or motorcade, the chief of police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
(1)

The mayor.

(2)

The city manager.

(3)

The fire chief.

(4)

The director of public works.
