§ 74-1. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating any section of this chapter, except where a penalty is specifically prescribed for the particular violation, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00.

(b)

In addition to any fine levied under this chapter, the city may bring civil suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent the violation of this chapter in a court of competent jurisdiction. If the city brings suit to restrain or enjoin or to otherwise prevent the violation of this chapter, the city is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs from the named defendant in the action.
