§ 70-205. Compliance with state and federal law.

The grantee shall maintain and operate all parts of its telecommunications facilities in good, safe and operable condition and shall render efficient service in accordance with the rules and regulations as are, or may be, set forth by the PSC and FCC, or by other agencies of the state or federal government empowered to regulate the activities of the grantee.
