§ 70-64. Equipment buildings.

(a)

All communication tower equipment and buildings and structures that occupy less than 100 square feet of ground shall conform to the setback requirements for an accessory use. All communication tower equipment and buildings and structures that exceed 100 square feet of ground shall conform to the zoning district setback requirements of chapter 118.

(b)

One unmanned communication equipment building or structure may be constructed for each communication service provider that colocates one or more antennas on a communication tower site.
