§ 70-60. Illumination.

Communication towers shall not be artificially lighted except to ensure human safety or as required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). At the time of the construction of the communication tower, when there are residential uses or zoning located within a distance which is 300 percent of the height of the tower from the base of the tower, dual mode lighting shall be requested from the FAA.
