§ 62-229. Size of sidewalk cafe area.

The size of the sidewalk cafe area for any particular property, unless a variance is obtained, shall not exceed the width of the building frontage nor shall the depth exceed that distance as measured from the building facade outward toward the curb, provided a pedestrian pathway is maintained.
