§ 62-133. Issuance of permit.

(a)

The city manager shall issue a permit under this article when he finds that:

(1)

The applicant has complied with all sections of this article.

(2)

The plans are in conformance with city construction code regulations.

(3)

The work shall be done according to the standard specifications of the city for public work of like character.

(b)

Before approval, the city manager shall determine that the construction will not unreasonably interfere with vehicular and pedestrian traffic, the demand and necessity for parking spaces, and the means of egress to and from the property affected and adjacent properties.
