§ 62-29. Priority of traffic flow.

  • Except where traffic signals control flow, traffic on streets shall have the right-of-way in the following order:

    (1)

    Arterial streets. Traffic flow on arterial streets shall have the right-of-way over traffic flow on collector streets. Where collector streets intersect arterial streets and no traffic signals are erected, stop signs shall be erected on such collector streets at the point of intersection.

    (2)

    Collector streets. Traffic flow on collector streets shall have the right-of-way over traffic flow on minor streets. Where collector streets intersect minor streets and no traffic signals are erected, stop signs shall be erected on such minor streets at the point of intersection.
