§ 62-28. Development of streets; dimensions.

As the city limits exist, the streets designated in subsections 62-27(a) and (b), and no others, shall be developed and maintained as arterial and collector streets and shall be used as through streets for the movement of concentrated flow of traffic. Streets shall have a minimum right-of-way width as provided in subsection 110-201(l).
