§ 58-76. Penalty.

(a)

Any person who violates any of the sections of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $250.00 and a definite term of imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.

(b)

Each day any violation of this article shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(c)

In addition to the penalties provided in this section, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of this article shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be, by the city, abated as provided by law, and each day that such condition continues shall be regarded as a new and separate offense.
