§ 58-40. Fees.

(a)

Persons required to pay. All residents, occupants or owners of premises in the city shall be required to have accumulations of garbage, trash and garden trash removed and disposed of by the sanitary department or the street department of the city, and for such service of garbage removal and disposal and for the availability of such service shall pay the city the fees set forth in a fee schedule adopted by resolution of the city commission.
