§ 58-38. Frequency.

(a)

Domestic garbage shall be collected not less than two times per week, while domestic trash will be collected at least one time per week.

(b)

Commercial garbage from commercial establishments will be collected not less than one time per week and no more than seven times per week. Commercial establishments using domestic-type garbage containers will have collection no less than one time per week. Commercial trash will be collected no less than one time per week and no more than seven times per week.
