§ 54-187. Membership.

(a)

Conditions of eligibility. All firefighters and police officers as of the effective date, and all future new firefighters and police officers, shall become members of this system as a condition of employment.

(b)

Designation of beneficiary. Each firefighter and police officer shall complete a form prescribed by the board designating a beneficiary or beneficiaries.
