§ 46-9. Clarification of duties and responsibilities.

(a)

Section 1.3.3.1 of NFPA 1 is amended to read: When a requirement differs between this Chapter and a referenced document or other provision of the City Code or ordinance, the requirement of this chapter shall apply.

(b)

Wherein the Florida Fire Prevention Code reference is made to the duties of certain officials named therein, that designated official in the city who has duties corresponding to those of the named official in the Code shall be deemed to be the responsible official insofar as enforcing the provisions of the Code are concerned.
