The city commission hereby adopts by reference the March, 2004, study entitled "Municipal
Services Impact Fee Study" and all subsequent memoranda prepared by Public Resources
Management Group, Inc., particularly as it relates to the allocation of fair share
of costs of public facilities required to provide fire protection services necessary
to serve new development to the city.
