§ 42-181. Short title and authority.

(a)

This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Fire Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The city commission has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to article VII of the Constitution of the State of Florida and F.S. Ch. 166.
