§ 42-141. Short title and authority.

(a)

This division shall be known and may be cited as the "Police Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The city commission has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to article VIII of the constitution of the state and F.S. Chs. 163 and 166.
