§ 42-102. Payment.

Latest version.

Except as provided for in section 42-103, the recreation impact fee shall be due and payable at the time of issuance of the building permit for a new building. Impact fees shall be paid in cash unless the city has entered into a development agreement with an applicant as set forth in section 42-103.
