§ 42-55. Road impact fee schedule.

(a)

The road impact fee for all areas in the city shall be determined in accordance with the schedule set forth as identified in exhibit "A", Traffic Impact Fee Rates.

* The business park category will be used for all speculative heavy commercial or industrial incubators.

(b)

If an applicant for a building permit contends that the land use for which the building permit is requested is not within the categories set forth in subsection (a) of this section or is within a different category, the development review committee shall make a determination as to the appropriate land use designation. Such determination may be appealed to the city commission, whose decision shall be final and binding on the applicant.
