§ 42-54. Limitation on issuance of building permit.

Any person who applies for the issuance of a building permit for a new building, including single-family residential buildings, or for additions or expansions to buildings other than existing single-family residential buildings shall be required to pay a road impact fee in the manner and amount set forth in this division. Except as provided in this division, any building permit issued is issued subject to the required road impact fee being paid when due under this division.
