§ 38-202. Statutory authority.

(a)

This article is enacted pursuant to F.S. § 893.138, as amended. The provisions of F.S. § 893.138, as they may be amended from time to time, and any other applicable general law shall govern the administration of the nuisance abatement board and any activities pertaining to nuisance abatement.

(b)

If any portion of this article is inconsistent with any existing or future general law, the more stringent shall apply to the extent that such application is not inconsistent with the Florida Statutes.
