This article is not the exclusive basis for the enforcement of violations of this
Code, the city ordinances or the abatement or removal of public nuisances. All other
procedures, provisions, ordinances, statutes and laws relating to the violation, enforcement
of this Code, the city ordinances or the abatement or removal of public nuisances
are and shall be available to the city, its commission, boards, authorized officers
and employees.
