§ 2-386. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Local public official means any elected or appointed public official holding municipal office who recommends or takes quasi-judicial action as a member of a board or commission.
