§ 2-344. Amount of assistance provided.

(a)

Under this division, a qualified applicant shall be entitled to assistance on his utility bill, which may include water, wastewater, stormwater, and garbage fees. Such assistance shall be limited to actual billings for such services made directly to the applicant, not to exceed $35.00 per month.

(b)

Charges billed indirectly to the applicant's landlord or other bases are ineligible under this program.
