§ 2-70. Appeal.

  • (a)

    An aggrieved party, including the city commission, may appeal a final administrative order of the code enforcement board to the circuit court of the county by a petition for certiorari. Any such appeal shall be filed within 30 days of the execution of the order to be appealed.

    (b)

    The scope of the review shall be limited to appellate review of the record created before the code enforcement board and shall not be a trial de novo.
