§ 2-64. Jurisdiction.

The code enforcement board shall have jurisdiction and authority to hear and decide alleged violations of this Code and city ordinances, where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist, including but not limited to occupational licenses and fire, building, zoning and sign codes.
