§ 2-62. Hearings generally; support services.

(a)

Minutes shall be maintained of all hearings held by the code enforcement board, and all hearings shall be open to the public.

(b)

The city commission shall provide such clerical and administrative support as may be reasonably required by the code enforcement board for the proper performance of its duties.
