§ 26-26. Powers of city commission.

Under this article, the city commission shall have the power to:
(1)

Supervise the care, operation, maintenance and improvements of the city cemetery.

(2)

Make rules and regulations concerning the use and care thereof, not inconsistent with this article.

(3)

Fix the price of burial plots and the terms upon which they will be sold.
