§ 22-153. Scope.

Any property owner or event organizer desiring to operate, engage in, organize or otherwise conduct an itinerant automotive sale within the city limits shall be subject to the requirements of this article. The provisions of this article are in addition and supplemental to other requirements of the Code, including, but not limited to provisions regarding sign permits, occupational licenses, compliance with setbacks, and building permits.
