§ 18-323. References to board and mechanical official; enforcing authority.

(a)

Any reference made in the mechanical code adopted in section 18-321 to the board shall refer to the city commission.

(b)

Any reference made in the mechanical code adopted in section 18-321 to the mechanical official shall refer to the enforcing authority.

(c)

The enforcing authority is the building official.
