§ 18-292. Amendments to gas code.

Latest version.

The gas code adopted in section 18-291 is amended in the following respect and/or by adding the following:
(1)

Fees and permit rates for gas permits and as otherwise arising under this article are adopted by ordinance or resolution of the city commission and are kept on file with the building official.

(2)

Fees under this section may be amended by the city commission by ordinance or resolution.
