§ 18-227. References to board and plumbing official; enforcing authority.

(a)

Any reference made in the plumbing code adopted in section 18-226 to the board shall refer to the city commission.

(b)

Any reference made in the plumbing code adopted in section 18-226 to the plumbing official shall refer to the enforcing authority.

(c)

The enforcing authority is the building official.
