§ 18-58. References to board and building official; enforcing authority.

(a)

Any reference made in the building code adopted in section 18-56 to the board shall refer to the city commission.

(b)

Any reference made in the building code adopted in section 18-56 to the building official shall refer to the enforcing authority.

(c)

The enforcing authority is the building official.
