§ 14-33. Buildings and coops.

All coops and other buildings wherein domesticated animals and birds are kept shall be provided with flytight bins or other tightly closed receptacles for feces, of dimensions sufficient to contain all accumulations of feces to prevent its becoming a nuisance. No feces shall be allowed to accumulate on the floor or on adjacent ground.
