Notwithstanding the underlying zoning district designation of a parcel or lot, within
the character area (including within all overlay districts therein), outdoor storage
is prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, outdoor commercial or merchandise sales
or display areas, commercial play devices, kiosks, and tents are prohibited.
