§ 118-1085. Minimum floor area per unit.

Latest version.

In an urban village planned unit development, the minimum floor area per unit shall be as follows:
(1)

Single family dwellings, 1,000 square feet.

(2)

Multifamily dwellings including townhouses:

a.

Efficiency, 450 square feet.

b.

One bedroom, 550 square feet.

c.

Two bedrooms, 650 square feet.

d.

Three bedrooms, 800 square feet.
