§ 118-447. Minimum living area.

Latest version.

Each residential unit constructed in this zoning district after October 1, 1998, must have the following living area:
• 1,000 s.f. for a 3 or more bedroom apartment.

• 750 s.f. for a 2 or 1 bedroom apartment.
