§ 118-397. Maximum lot coverage.

In the R-2 residential district, the maximum lot coverage is as follows:

Single-family: 35 percent.

(2)

Two-family: 35 percent.

(3)

Hospitals, governmental institutions, private clubs, etc.: 40 percent.

(4)

Churches: 35 percent.
