§ 114-70. Development of residential, commercial or industrial subdivisions.

The submittal information for development of residential, commercial, or industrial subdivisions, including individual lot site plans, shall be the same as for removing trees from land without development approval. This information shall be submitted with the preliminary subdivision plan or the site plans for individual lots. Tree removal permits shall not be granted by the building department until final plans have been approved for both subdivisions and individual site reviews.
