Unless otherwise expressly authorized by the city in writing and by specific action
of the city commission, nothing in this article shall be construed as meaning that
the city shall assume or take over for maintenance of any roadways, street lights,
drainage systems (which includes, without limitation, stormwater detention/retention
areas and underdrains), sidewalks, and other subdivision infrastructure, improvements
or private amenities.
